Todd Henreckson is the founder and President of
Fortis Channel Resources.
 
Todd has participated in Fortis’ target distribution channels his entire career.  After graduating from Olivet Nazarene University, he joined a major office products manufacturer, first as an outside salesperson in downtown Chicago, then in sales management roles in both Denver and San Diego.   He was then relocated back to Chicago when he was appointed the company’s first channel marketing manager, dedicated to the newly dynamic office products reseller marketplace.   He served in a variety of marketing roles, eventually heading an $80MM division with worldwide responsibility.
 
Todd then decided to take advantage of the ever-changing and expanding world of B2B marketing and selling, and especially the e-commerce revolution that was fueling these changes.   He resigned his corporate job and started his own channel consulting company, serving the needs of manufacturers looking to grow through new distribution strategies.
 
In late 2009, Todd rebranded his company Fortis Channel Resources, began building a team of some incredibly talented colleagues, and expanded the firm’s capabilities to better serve current and future clients.
 
Todd has been married for 25 years, and has 5 children.

Carolyn Mueller is the Channel Support Manager of
Fortis Channel Resources.
 
Carolyn’s background makes her an excellent resource for Fortis clients.  She started with a leading office products wholesaler, first in merchandising management overseeing categories with annual sales of $125MM, then advancing to marketing management developing programs aimed at helping commercial and retail dealers grow their businesses.   
 
Carolyn then joined a major office products manufacturer and held a variety of marketing roles with responsibilities that included strategic planning, P&L, product development, and branding both in the US and internationally. 
 
Before joining Fortis Channel Resources in early 2010, Carolyn worked as a marketing consultant helping clients with market feasibility studies, product launch strategies, business plans, and channel marketing support.
 
Carolyn is a graduate of the University of Illinois and has an MBA from DePaul University.  She has been married 20 years, and has 1 child.
